For some a flashy cell phone isn't needed. If you find yourself to be one of these people then you might want to check out the launch of the Nokia 5130. This low cost handset has many of the bells and whistles you find on more expensive phone but at a more affordable price.

With a two year contract, the Nokia 5130 will cost you $30. Below are some of the features included with the phone:

- Stereo bluetooth, and FM radio integrated into the handset

- A 2.0 megapixel camera allows for picture taking

- The battery has six hours of talk time, and 12 hours of standby

-  Photos can be shared through Ovi, and Ovi services

 As of now the Nokia 5130 comes in two colors, Black Red and Pearl White.
