Nokia has announced a pretty broad change in terms of its business model. They've decided what seems like to outsource much of its development. They have announced putting a lot of development in the hands of outside companies.

Nokia has announced to combine its devices and applications wtih Cisco, IBM, and Microsoft. Nokia has also expressed interest in selling their security product business to other investors.
