For programmers who joined Nokia's "Launchpad" program, a special surprise is coming your way. For all those involved, Nokia will be providing a free E7 phone. The offer is also extended towards existing developers.

Later this year, Nokia's partnership with Microsoft will truly being to take form. Nokia will become a part of the Windows Phone 7. Along with the free phone, developers will also receive a free Launchpad account.

App developers will have the option to visit the Developer summit event, all at the expense of Nokia.

2011 is crunch time for Nokia, and represents a much needed come back against the other giants of the mobile world. Getting in good with the app developers is a good start.
