Depending on how much you are out and about, the more important a weather is to you. If you travel a bit, and rely on weather reports from various locations then Handy Weather is an app to download. The Handy Weather app has 40,000 cities pre-installed onto the program. If a forecast isn't available where you're at then you can manually input coordinates to receive a forecast.
