Concept phones are a great idea in the sense that ideas are what spark evolution, and revolution. Certain concepts are better than others, with some not deserving to see made into reality. Others provide a spark, and provide manufacturers with bits of brilliance. One such concept could be the Nokia Kinect. The designer is Jeremy Innes-Hopkins. He's in his final year at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design. His handset design has some interesting features, one which Nokia might take a look at. http://www.jeremyinneshopkins.com/index.php?/product/nokia/ The Kinetic has a bottom heavy form factor, which houses an electromagnet. This allows the phone to lay down, and then stand up when receiving a call, text, or alert. To dismiss a call, the user could simply push it back down to a prone position.
