Using your cell phone as a node for internet access, is an ability that only a few know about. It can be quite handy, especially if you need to get on the internet with no wi-fi connection. In order to successfully use your Nokia n95 as a node, you'll need to get a couple of things setup in order to have it work properly. First, you'll need to set-up a data plan that has the option for Tethering. The charge for tethering depends on what service you use, but ranges anywhere from $50-$70. This is the most important step, because if you try to tether without a plan you'll have a massive bill. The second step is less expensive, but just as important. The device that is being connected through the tethering, will need the proper software. The Nokia PC Suite , is a free download and you'll need to put it on your tethered device. Lastly, the connection will have to run through your Nokia n95 USB cable.
